These terms apply to your use of vscrl.co, operated by VSCRL LLC ("VSCRL", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

What this site is

vscrl.co is an informational and portfolio site for our creator marketing agency. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or professional advice. Any work we do together is governed by a separate signed agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything here.

Our content

The site's design, copy, graphics, video, and code are owned by VSCRL or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, republish, scrape, sell, or build derivative works from it without our written permission.

Other people's names and work

Brand names, logos, and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective owners. Campaign work, creator content, and quotes appear as portfolio examples of work done either by VSCRL, or by our founders in their prior roles before VSCRL was formed. Our founders have been doing this work since before the creator industry had a name, and the portfolio reflects that full body of work, not only the projects run under the VSCRL name. Their appearance here doesn't imply those brands or creators endorse or sponsor VSCRL beyond the work shown. If you own something on this site and want it removed, email us and we'll take care of it.

Performance figures

Any results, view counts, or engagement numbers on this site describe specific past campaigns. They are what happened on those projects, not a promise or projection of what any future campaign will do.

Career totals, such as the number of brands, creators, or dollars in deals, cover the full working history of VSCRL and its founders, including work done in prior roles before VSCRL was formed. They are not figures for VSCRL as a company in any single year.

What you send us

If you use the contact form or the voicemail feature, don't send us anything confidential or anything you don't have the right to share. We'll use what you send to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We're not obligated to keep unsolicited ideas or pitches confidential, and we're not obligated to act on them.

Links to other sites

We link out to other places (social profiles, our service providers' policies). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

The site is provided as is

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VSCRL and its members, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site, whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, even if we've been advised such damages are possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold VSCRL harmless from claims and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms or of anyone else's rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
