Our
Values

What we believe. How we work. Who we are.

01

Human First, Always

We treat people like people, not transactions. Whether it's a creator, a brand, a partner, or each other, we lead with empathy before we lead with business. We like who we work with, we're honest with them, and we show up for them. Suffering in silence is not who we are. We say the hard thing directly and early, because that's what real respect looks like.

In practice

We check in before we check deliverables. We assume positive intent. We don't work with people we wouldn't want to grab lunch with. If something's off, we speak up before it compounds.

02

We Give a Damn, Not Our Lives

We care deeply about the work. It fuels us, it's our craft, and we take pride in what we put out. And we keep perspective. This work is a means to a life well lived, not the point of it. We're not chasing burnout as a badge of honor. Both things are true at the same time and the tension between them is what makes this place different.

In practice

We don't ship work we wouldn't stand behind. We also don't spiral over things that, at the end of the day, just don't matter that much. Know the difference.

03

Own Your Shit

We take full responsibility for our work, our decisions, and our outcomes. No excuses. No finger-pointing. And when something's happening, good, bad, or uncertain, we say so. Overcommunication is a strength here, not a weakness. Keeping people in the loop before they have to ask is part of the job.

In practice

When something goes wrong, we start with "what could I have done better?" then make a plan and move. We don't go quiet when things get hard. We communicate more, not less.

04

A.S.S. Always Spit Solutions

We don't sit on problems, we move. We look for solutions and push things forward. Every single time.

In practice

We bring options, not just issues. We take a swing before escalating, but we never hide a problem just because we don't have the answer yet.

05

Proximity is the Product

We're not studying culture from a distance. We live in it. The reason our insights land is because we're actual participants, not observers playing catch-up.

In practice

We stay plugged in. We know what's happening on the internet because we're on the internet, and that's not wasted time, it's the job.

The Mission

We make dope shit
with dope people.
